- Poorly described nonconformities: A nonconformity that has a vague description in your report will be a problem when seeking corrective action; must be clear for an effective solution.
- Audit frequency: During the initial stages of system implementation, audits should be performed frequently depending on the number of nonconformities and corrective actions used.
- Little follow-up of corrective actions: A correct follow-up of the corrective actions will allow to determine if they were effective for the non-conformities; breaches need to be fixed quickly.
