This section describes the commercial policies, benefits, requirements and obligations applicable to all types and levels of QUALITYWEB 360 PARTNERS

1.- COMMERCIAL PROGRAM

1.1.- OBJECTIVES:

The objectives of the commercial program are:

1.- To offer a scheme of development, growth and brand support for any PARTNER who wants to do business with our products and services, having visibility of all levels of distribution.

2.- To regulate the Community of PARTNERS, defining the profiles of each participant and the basic rules of coexistence of the model.

1.2.- CODE OF ETHICS:

In order to achieve the conformation of the Community of PARTNERS, QUALITYWEB 360 must be a facilitator that provides the support of the brand and the necessary tools that help the communication between the members of the Community, where main functions are:

  • To provide the necessary infrastructure.
  • To provoke the dialogue between the members of the Community being QUALITYWEB 360 one more of the members.
  • To grant the qualification and formation

The code of ethics is based on the following 4 key values, which must be shared by a community that has a common purpose

Commitment: Sharing the same promise.

Trust: Sharing the same truth.

Collaboration: Sharing the same life project.

Empathy: Understanding the feelings and emotions of others.

The different rules on which the value of the Commitment is based are described below:

  • Actively participate with the different communities in my area to get better results from them.
  • Attend the meetings established between the PARTNERS.
  • To respect the agreements of price lists of products and if there were of services established for the square.
  • To sell and grant services on legal products.
  • Respect the institutional promotions by making the benefits available to the end user and/or other PARTNERS.
  • Clearly establish the functionality and scope of the products and services of the brand to the members of any community (PARTNERS, users, developers).

The following describes the different rules on which the value of Confidence is based:

  • Communicating with other PARTNERS in the event that a client of theirs seeks me out for the sale of products and services.
  • Always make sure that a new customer does not already have a PARTNER assigned.
  • To use the logo corresponding to my level and in the right way.
  • Always present yourself with the name of my company without using the name of QUALITYWEB 360 as mine
  • To participate proactively in the solution of conflicts that may occur with other PARTNERS, such as: Hiring of personnel that has worked with another PARTNER and monitoring of users served by other PARTNERS.

The different rules on which the value of the Collaboration is based are described below:

  • Not to offer work directly or indirectly to employees of another PARTNER unless they have prior knowledge of it.
  • Use the PARTNERS’ meetings as a means to propose improvements to the community.
  • Participate actively in commercial activities and in the creation of promotions in my area.
  • Mutual support with other PARTNERS, to serve end users either because:
    • Are outside my region.
    • Require specialized knowledge.
    • I am overloaded with activities.

The following describes the different norms on which the value of Empathy is based:

  • Speak well, or if necessary, refrain from speaking, about other members of the community.
  • Point out the mistakes and/or improvements of another member of the community always with a proposal of improvement.
  • Respect the opinions of all members of the community.

PARTNER 1.0: Is the PARTNER that requires a minimum quota commitment and requires access to the products.

Commitments:

Active licenses: 1 to 2 on average per month with annual review.

Adherence to the code of ethics and commercial policies (respect for price list, no sale or support of illegal products, etc.).

Relate your customers in the activation.

PARTNER 2.0: Is the PARTNER who signs a contract with a minimum of monthly active licenses and is subject to a series of benefits and initial requirements.

Commitments:

Active licenses: 3 to 5 on average per month with annual review.

Adherence to the code of ethics and commercial policies (prices and discounts on products, follow up on channeling, no sale or support of illegal products, etc.).

Relate your customers in the activation.

PARTNER 3.0: This is the status of those PARTNERS who have a series of requirements in infrastructure, higher sales volumes.

Commitments:

Active licenses: 6 to 9 on average per month with annual review.

Adherence to the code of ethics and commercial policies (prices and discounts on products, monitoring of pipelines, sale and support of illegal products, etc.)

Relate your clients in the activation

Participation with at least one person in the National Convention of PARTNERS

PARTNER 4.0: This is the status of those PARTNERS who have a series of requirements in infrastructure, superior sales volumes and service quality that allows them to receive a series of benefits differentiated by the brand.

Commitments:

Active licenses: 10 or more on average per month with annual review.

Adherence to the code of ethics and commercial policies (prices and discounts on products, monitoring of pipelines, sale and support of illegal products, etc.)

Relate your customers in the activation

Participation with at least one person in the National Convention of PARTNERS

Participation in generic demand generation events in the square.

2.- POLÍTICAS COMERCIALES

The following is a description of the general sales policies that will serve as a basis for establishing a healthy commercial relationship between the different levels of distribution and QUALITYWEB 360.

2.1.- Refunds:

Monthly subscriptions. If at any time during your first month using our service the user is not satisfied We will do our best to solve your problem, provide an alternative solution or establish a schedule for a solution that will meet your needs. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer a FULL REFUND for your purchase.

Annual subscriptions. If at any time during the first 45 days of use of our product the user is not satisfied. We will do our best to solve your problem, provide an alternative solution or set up a schedule for a solution that will meet your needs. If you are not satisfied, we will be happy to offer a FULL REFUND on your purchase.

2.2.- Competitive Sales:

Competitive Sales is a tool to speed up the sale of plans, focused on users who have a system of another brand with similar characteristics to the one offered by QUALITYWEB 360, for which a 50% discount will be made on the payment of an annuity of any plan.

The user, through his PARTNER, must send a scanned or electronic invoice of the software of the competition and/or License of Use.

2.3.- Free Updates:

All users with active licenses will receive the updates of the modules they have contracted at no cost.

2.4.- Sale of Additional Licenses

An additional license allows the user to use the system in another company, differentiating the information between one and another in case it is a corporate one, there is no limit of licenses that the companies can buy and users can be added that can enter the different companies of the corporate one.

To deliver an Additional License the user must make the purchase in a normal way and indicate through a support ticket that it is a corporate one so that the necessary configurations are made.

2.5.- PARTNER Use License:

A PARTNER Use License is a license of QUALITYWEB 360, which is granted to you, so that the PARTNER can use this system for the management of your business, to present demonstrations to your clients and/or prospects, to provide technical advice, to enter the system of your clients who have given you access to facilitate your consulting process and any other purpose than to market directly with this system of exclusive use.

PARTNERS 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0: will be entitled to a license of QUALITYWEB 360 at no cost that they can use for the administration and control of their own processes, as well as to make presentations and demos or for training.

If PARTNERS require more licenses for their own use, they must acquire them at list price.

The PARTNER who receives the benefit of a license for internal use may not at any time and under any circumstances sell or lease to third parties the products delivered.

2.6.- Promotion in other territories:

It is valid that any PARTNER may carry out promotion and distribution of QUALITYWEB 360 products and services in a city other than the one to which he belongs, for which he must only identify himself.

2.7.- Use and application of the trademark:

QUALITYWEB 360 grants PARTNERS the authorization to use the trademark, this use is limited and restricted according to the guidelines indicated in the document: Annex A Trademark Use Manual

2.8.- Use of passwords:

The user data and passwords, of the Online Tools that QUALITYWEB 360 makes available to all PARTNERS, are of a personal and non-transferable nature, and it is the obligation of the PARTNER to take care of the proper use and integrity of their data. Likewise, the PARTNER is solely responsible for the choice, loss, theft or unauthorized use of his data and passwords, and that of his collaborators, and for the consequences that may arise from this. In any case, the PARTNER may access, modify or inactivate his data through the system in the options of the “User Profile”.

2.9.- Channelling of Prospects

The commercial promotion actions manage to attract final users interested in QUALITYWEB 360 products and services, therefore, these final users or prospects can be channelled to be attended by our PARTNERS.

The channeling of prospects is done according to the coverage area that the PARTNER has configured and coincides with the city or state of the country of the prospect and is respected at all times if the end user or prospect states that he has already been served by a PARTNER and the channeling is done to the same.

In competitive situations with other PARTNERS, QUALITYWEB 360 will provide the commission to the PARTNER that actually secures the business with the end user, which may result in you being ineligible for commission, regardless of whether or not you registered the prospect.

QUALITYWEB 360 will have the right, with prior notice, to reassign a channel to another PARTNER when the first one does not comply with the obligations and policies stated in this section or at the request of the end customer.

3.- REQUIREMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS

3.1.- PARTNER 1.0:

Registration: Fill in the PARTNER application form found on the site: www.qualityweb360.com menu: PARTNERS in the option: I WANT TO PARTNER.

This application will be reviewed by a QUALITYWEB 360 PARTNERS executive in the corresponding area and will be validated:

  • That the information provided in the application is real and reliable.
  • That the company (natural or legal person) is properly constituted in the management systems consultancy or related areas.

Once the data is validated, the applicant will be informed of the result and will proceed to establish contact with the new PARTNER to present and jointly establish a follow-up plan, in which it will be a requirement to take an induction granted by an executive of QUALITYWEB 360.

With the acceptance of the application will also be generated a user and password for entry to the site system.qualityweb360.com

The new PARTNER will be granted a Premium Plan License at no cost for 90 days (maximum), during which time he must cover the induction. At the end of this time the PARTNER will have to cover the cost of the license until he climbs to the PARTNER 2.0 level

3.2.- PARTNER 2.0:

Registration: To have fulfilled during the last 3 months the minimum requirements and obligations of the level 2.0

3.3.- PARTNER 3.0:

Registration: To have fulfilled during the last 3 months the minimum requirements and obligations of the 3.0 level. For this growth the executive of QUALITYWEB 360 will be awaiting the development of this partner to become 3.0 during the last 6 months.

3.4.- PARTNER 4.0:

Registration: To have fulfilled during 3 months the minimum requirements and obligations of the level of 4.0 For this growth the executive of QUALITYWEB 360 will be to the pending development of this associate to become 4.0 during the last 6 months.
