Why localized pricing?
QualityWeb 360 uses localized pricing by region — a standard practice in B2B SaaS. HubSpot, Slack, GitHub Enterprise, Adobe, and Microsoft 365 all use this model. We follow the same approach for three reasons:
- Value-based pricing by local economy. The hourly cost of a Quality Manager varies 4-5× between markets. Our pricing aligns to the ROI we generate in your specific economy.
- Cost-of-serve differences. Customers in the US, Canada, and Switzerland receive support in US business hours, Delaware-LLC corporate billing, and additional compliance assistance. These are real operational costs.
- Industry standard. Localized B2B SaaS pricing is the norm, not the exception, in our industry.
Our three pricing tiers
Tier 1 — Standard (default global pricing)
Applies to: Mexico, LATAM (Argentina, Chile, Peru, Uruguay, Costa Rica, etc.), Spain, Italy, EU general (Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Portugal), UK, Australia, New Zealand, Israel.

Tier 2 — US Premium
Applies to: United States, Canada, Switzerland.
Case-by-case (assigned during your demo) for: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Ireland, Australia (enterprise), New Zealand (enterprise), Nordic countries — when the company has more than 200 employees or operates in regulated industries (pharma, medical devices, aerospace, Vision 2030 partners).

Payment method is independent of your tier
Your tier is determined by where your company operates, not by how you choose to pay.
For example, a customer based in Mexico may prefer to pay in USD via wire transfer or credit card to our Delaware LLC. In that case, the customer remains in Tier 1 Standard ($960/year) — the payment method does not affect the tier. The customer will receive a US invoice rather than a Mexican CFDI.
The tier reflects the local value delivered (Quality Manager hourly cost, support hours, compliance requirements). The payment method is a customer preference and a billing logistics decision, not a value driver.
Volume discounts (universal across all tiers)
Available when purchasing multiple simultaneous licenses (same duration, annual or triennial billing only; not combinable with other promotions):
- 3 to 5 licenses → 20% discount
- 6 to 9 licenses → 25% discount
- 10 or more licenses → 30% discount

Add-ons and data migration
Add-ons (additional users, AI Chat consultations, extra storage) and one-time data migration are priced at 25% of the corresponding plan in each tier. Detailed add-on pricing is available on our pricing page or upon request.
Existing customer pricing (grandfathering)
Customers active before April 2026 maintain their original pricing on renewal. We do not apply retroactive price increases to existing subscriptions.
